1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GeoSports (geosports.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. GeoSports is operated by Rhino Studios Inc.

2. The Service

GeoSports is a daily geography prediction game. We provide free and paid (GeoSports Pro) tiers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that GeoSports will always be available, accurate, or free from errors or interruptions.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use GeoSports.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms or conduct that may harm the integrity of the service.

4. GeoSports Pro Subscriptions

GeoSports Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. Refund requests may be reviewed at our discretion — contact us at support@geosports.app.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: access or interact with the service using automated means, including bots, scripts, scraping tools, or unauthorized third-party software; exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage; impersonate other users; harass or abuse other users in groups or any other feature; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

You may not use GeoSports for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Leaderboards, Scores, and Game Integrity

All decisions regarding gameplay, scoring, leaderboards, moderation, eligibility, and enforcement of these Terms are final and made at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to remove, adjust, or invalidate scores that we reasonably believe were obtained through cheating, exploitation, or technical manipulation. We may suspend or remove accounts involved in such activity without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on GeoSports — including questions, stories, design, and branding — is owned by Rhino Studios Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

GeoSports may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

GeoSports is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhino Studios Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of GeoSports, including loss of data or profits.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of GeoSports will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in New Jersey, United States, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GeoSports after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
